Direct BillingI do not provide direct billing to insurance companies/benefits plans currently. Many insurance companies require you to submit the payment receipt electronically and they will process your claim promptly. Depending on the insurance provider and if direct deposit has been set up my clients have shared that they are typically reimbursed within two weeks. For more information, please contact your insurance provider to determine timeframes for reimbursement.
ReceiptsReceipts are issued by midnight same day of the counselling session via the email address you have provided. The receipt is issued in a PDF format. The receipt provides all the information necessary to submit to the benefits plan.
ICBC, Worksafe BC, First Nations Health Authority Payments/BenefitsI am currently not an authorized service provider. Please check with these agencies to determine if they will accept a receipt and reimburse you.
